A female reporter visits the county jail to learn about prison life. Intent on interviewing the prisoners and guards, she soon gets to see more than she bargained for when confronted by a male pervert inmate who gets his kicks by jerking off in front of the female guards. She watches the female guards take control of the situation, removing the masturbating pervert out of his cell and stripping him naked, then doing things to him that made him wish he had kept his prison jump suit zipped up. Later, one of the guards goes out and a few minutes later returns with a naked black male prisoner who has also been stripped of his clothes. This enormously endowed black male becomes the target of sexual amusement for guards and the female reporter who gets wrapped up in the male prisoner bashing.
